Research on the Distribution of Emergency Supplies during the COVID-19 Epidemic

The COVID-19 virus spreads quickly and is highly contagious, the timeliness of emergency supplies extremely demanding, so adequate efficient have become a necessary prerequisite for strict prevention control during outbreak. However, available research results are still relatively few, using brain storm optimization algorithm to solve distribution problem blank. In order optimize system in context COVID-19, this paper studies open vehicle routing by considering load weight constraints, demand time window constraints. With shortest total distance as objective function, mathematical model mixed integer linear programming established, crossover operation genetic algorithm, destruction operator repair large neighborhood search introduced enhance diversity solution while making toward optimal direction. Through verification two sets examples, we found that compared with other 13 algorithms, capability efficiency better than comparison which can significantly reduce length route lower cost, has excellent convergence stability. Meanwhile, it effectively improve supplies, great significance help reception regular outbreak epidemic. addition, guidance improvement personnel supply chain logistics industry.
